- Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 2–7 business days.
- After processing, shipping times vary depending on your location.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
3. Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. International Shipping
- We ship globally. Please note that customs or import taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns Policy
At HekShop, each product is custom-printed and made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.
1. Defective or Damaged Products
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Email us at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and attach photos of the damaged item.
- We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
2. Non-Returnable Cases
- Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns for reasons such as changing your mind after the purchase.
- Wrong Size Ordered: Please double-check the size chart before placing your order. We cannot process returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.
3. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, excluding damage during shipping or manufacturing defects.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
